As competition within the water industry is limited many businesses simply pay their water bill and give little or no attention to water saving. Increasingly, targets are being set for companies to meet their environmental obligations. Many organisations have little experience or no specific knowledge on how to deal with these obligations and do not appreciate the savings that can be made through optimised water usage, water account control and billing validation studies.

The aim of FLOWguardian© is to provide this important service to organisations both small and large with the primary objective of reducing operational costs, recovering overpaid monies, validating correct tariffs and billing details and contributing toward environmental targets. Initially organisations will be assessed and target consumption figures for different buildings or establishments will be derived. As every establishment is likely to be different, variables such as occupancy numbers, duration of use and the type of activity undertaken within the building/establishment must be taken into account. Detailed questionnaires are designed to capture a number of variations between buildings/establishments. Most of the information required to carry out a water saving assessment need only be provided once.

Once all the details have been established our trained engineers and tariff experts will look at your accounts and water infrastructure facilities and recommend ways in which you can reduce costs and or recover overpaid sums on your behalf.

The commercial benefits of this service are we don't charge for the initial survey and if we don't find any costs savings for your establishment we don't charge you. Where we recommend physical modifications to your water infrastructure we manage and carry out the modifications on your behalf at fixed cost.
