We are providing detailed design services for South Staffordshire Water Design and Build Rehabilitation Contract. Our services programme includes all design services, as constructed quality assurance, asset record plans and NRSWA compliance management. As part of the project we also provide cost control services, target costing, project completion certificates and final accounting. The project also includes the management and reporting of Gainshare costs, target cost reconciliation and resetting.
