research capabilities by the client through presentation and project evaluation.
The clients primary objective was to confirm the status of the network was aligned correctly
with perceived valuation through a technical due diligence project. We studied capital spending
history and forward planning, demand and capex programming, distribution renovation plans and
regulatory compliance, financial forecasting and historic outturn costs. A detailed study of operational
capability and effectiveness, assessment of manpower requirements and future areas for efficiency gains.
